House for Sale!

This is our house. It is for sale. You know someone who wants to buy it. Right? Please say yes!

 (In fairness, it's not this lively right now, this picture was taken right before winter, but I promise the plants come back like this every year! In fact, the roses have tiny leaves growing and the Mexican feather grasses are already greening up again)

I'm interviewing a few realtors on Thursday to find someone we want to sell with, then it will be on the market soon after. BUT, if there are any takers before that, the price will be better since we won't have to deal with realtor expenses :) It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage. We're in the $95,000 price range and we're about 8 minutes from UMC. Have I mentioned we have awesome neighbors?


Living Room - notice the ceiling, the beams, the arches, and the fireplace - we love the character these bring to the house.

Through the archway is the kitchen and dining area. There are french doors to the right of the kitchen table that lead out to the back yard.

And the Master Bedroom - more arches, and french doors into the back yard.

There is a sink nook (common in this style of house) that leads to the bathroom on the right, and closet on the left. (This bathroom was redone the same time the other one was, and is in the same colors and tile - see below)

The laundry facilities are inside next to the kitchen, and there is a large coat closet next to the front door, and a large linen closet in the hallway that lead to Bathroom #2, and Bedrooms 1 & 2.
We have been very happy in this house and are sad to leave it.

Did I mention the new water heater installed in 2010? Yeah, after that first hard freeze...it was about 20 years old, so I guess it was time.
